Victoria House, Completed 2023

Victoria House, originally designed in 1938, was transformed into a mixed-use development in Shenton Park’s Montario Quarter. The project preserves the building’s heritage while adding modern residential, commercial, and community spaces. Designed with sustainability in mind, the development features a 5-star Green Star rating and communal gardens, creating a vibrant community hub.
