Tomich House, Completed 2023

Tomich House, designed by Iwan Iwanoff in 1971, was thoughtfully restored by Mark Jeavons Architect and Ohlo Studio. Honouring the home’s brutalist heritage, the renovation retains its original layout and materiality while incorporating modern amenities. Located in City Beach, Perth, the house stands as a testament to Iwan Iwanoff's innovative design approach, featuring curvilinear forms and a bold concrete façade.
