Designed by Elenberg Fraser, Stirling Cross in Innaloo is a mixed-use development featuring 154 apartments and 80 serviced units across three buildings. Completed in 2017, the design emphasises communal living and integrates common gardens, retail spaces, and Perth’s first car-sharing initiative. The exceptional location offers seamless access to transport hubs, shopping centres, and urban amenities, fostering a strong sense of connection and community.
