State Buildings, Completed 2016

The State Buildings, situated in Perth's Cathedral Square, transform historic government structures into a hub of luxury accommodation, dining, and retail. An exemplar of adaptive reuse, the development preserves the area’s heritage and existing character while bringing much-needed revitalisation. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects and Palassis Architects, the project includes COMO The Treasury hotel alongside restaurants and a range of amenities.
