Rokeby Office, Now Leasing
Rokeby Office is an adaptive re-use project led by H-U in partnership with MJA Studio and builder Valtari. Located on a prominent corner site in central Subiaco, the development brings together two adjoining buildings to create a high-quality commercial workspace.

The site has a long history of commercial and cultural use, formerly housing Hiddlestone Electrics and, more recently, The Red Sea nightclub. The redevelopment will retain key architectural elements while delivering modern office accommodation suited to contemporary working styles.
As part of the project, Hiddlestone Lane — a key link between Rokeby Road and Rowland Street — will be upgraded and landscaped to improve amenity and public access.
Rokeby Office will provide a well-connected, character-rich workplace in the heart of Subiaco, supporting ongoing renewal in the area’s established town centre.
