Rise, Under Construction

Rise at Murdoch, located within the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, is a 24-storey build-to-rent development intended to provide housing for essential workers, delivering 213 apartments with a focus on affordability. Managed by WA’s largest community housing provider, Foundation Housing, and designed by renowned international architecture firm Hassell, the project comprises 65 social homes and 148 affordable rentals, in addition to 780m² of ground-floor retail space.

Located at the corner of Barry Marshall Parade and Fiona Wood Road, the development addresses critical housing needs for key workers in healthcare and education, expanding access to quality accommodation within the growing precinct. Murdoch’s proximity to major health and education institutions makes it an ideal setting for this project. Well connected by public transport and key road networks, the precinct supports a diverse and accessible urban community. Construction has now commenced, with completion in due early 2028.
