Rialto Apartments, Completed 2004

Designed by Slavin Architects, Rialto Apartments is a modern infill development in Fremantle’s West End. Completed in 2004, the design replaces a fire-damaged building with a prefabricated steel and concrete façade, which allowed for the preservation of the historic area. Awarded for heritage integration, the project blends contemporary living with historic surroundings to deliver modern living within a historically rich context.
