Perth Film Studios, Completed 2025

Perth Film Studios represents a significant investment by the State Government in Western Australia’s creative sector. In addition to supporting the local film industry, the project will create jobs, stimulate the economic growth of Western Australia’s creative sector, and position Perth as a competitive player in the global film industry.

The project comprises four purpose-built sound stages with state-of-the-art production facilities, production offices, art departments, workshops, wardrobe facilities and storage, across four buildings. The project also includes a generous backlot for external sets and outdoor production.

Situated in Malaga, Western Australia, the site is close to Ballajura Station, which connects to Ballajura, Landsdale, Alexander Heights, Malaga, Bennett Springs and the wider network. It’s also just 25 minutes from Perth Airport.
